Retail & Grocery

Permitted uses include grocery stores up to 22,000 sq. ft. as well as retail and commercial stores up to 10,000 sq. ft., including hardware, bakery, dairy, meat markets, bookstores, florists, gift shops, furniture, antiques, clothing, shoes, jewelry, arts and crafts, pet stores, and picture framing shops.

Services & Restaurants

Personal and business services are permitted up to 2,500 sq. ft. per establishment, including travel agencies, barber and beauty shops, shoe repair, postal facilities, electronics and small appliance repair, tailoring, alterations, laundromats, dry cleaning, restaurants, and dog grooming.

Office & Financial Uses

Professional and business offices, including medical and dental offices or clinics, are permitted up to 20,000 sq. ft. per establishment. Banks and financial institutions, including drive-through facilities, are also allowed up to 20,000 sq. ft. per location.

Specialty & Community Uses

Additional permitted uses include pack and ship/print shops up to 2,500 sq. ft., indoor commercial recreation such as martial arts, dance studios, and gyms up to 2,500 sq. ft. per establishment, as well as nursery schools and child centers.
